Twenty-eight years ago, I embarked on my journey in the construction industry. Initially, I started studying to become an electrician, but feeling weary of school, I switched to a painting program. After working as a painter for a few years, I decided I no longer wanted to be employed. Having tried other sectors like transport and sales, I realized that I wanted to start a construction company where individuals could come together as small units to form a large entity capable of handling both minor clients and major projects. This idea came to me in 2005 and has since evolved into what it is today. Thanks to advancements in technology, it's now possible to realize all the dreams I had for the industry. My goal has always been to assist my fellow craftsmen. The vision we share in this group is to help the world achieve a better balance between those who do the work and those who own the workers. In our philosophy, we believe that the worker should own themselves and their daily life. We aim for individuals to have the same security that employees have enjoyed in Sweden, yet with the freedom of being self-employed. If it works in this industry, we will copy the concept and introduce it in other industries.
